About

An engineering firm in Bengaluru, working in our clients’ hours.

Small senior teams, named on the contract, building AI systems for companies whose work is operational rather than technical. Engineering in Bengaluru, a US office in Philadelphia. We say where we are on the first page because it is the question everyone asks second.

01 — Why the firm exists

The technology arrived before anyone knew what to do with it.

Models capable of doing real operational work became available to any company in the space of about two years. Most mid-size businesses have no way to judge which of their processes those models can safely take over, and no team to build it if they did.

Agentic Labs was founded to do that work: find the processes worth automating, build the systems, and stay to run them.

Today the firm works with more than 15 clients across travel, healthcare, education, logistics and professional services. Named clients and outcomes are on the work page.

02 — On being based in India

You have probably been burned by an offshore vendor. Here is how we are different.

Not by hiding where we are. By fixing the four things that actually go wrong.

What goes wrong

You meet senior people in the pitch and never see them again.

Here

The engineers in the assessment are the engineers who build it, named in the contract. No bench, no substitution.

What goes wrong

A twelve-hour gap means one exchange a day and a week lost to a misunderstanding.

Here

We work your business hours, not ours, with a four-hour overlap guaranteed for US and European clients.

What goes wrong

You are billed by the seat, so more people is the answer to every problem.

Here

Small teams and a fixed monthly fee. Adding people does not increase what you pay, so it never gets proposed as the fix.

What goes wrong

Nothing is visible until a large delivery arrives, late and wrong.

Here

Two-week increments, a working demo at the end of each, and a written status you can forward without editing.

The cost advantage is real, and it is why a six-figure engagement here buys what a seven-figure one buys elsewhere. It is not the reason to hire us. The reason is that this is the only kind of work we do.

03 — The team

Real names, real faces, real backgrounds.

Both founders work on client engagements.

04 — How the firm is set up

Four decisions that shape everything else.

Senior only on the work

No pyramid. We would rather run three engagements well than ten with junior cover.

Paid discovery, always

Free scoping produces optimistic scoping. Charging for the assessment is what lets us tell you not to proceed.

We stay to operate

Systems that touch customers need someone accountable when they misbehave. Handing over and leaving is how these projects die.

One discipline

AI systems for operations. We turn down work outside it, which is why we are good at it.

Meet the people who would do the work.

Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. Bring the process that annoys you most.
